Make Yourself
At Home.

Make Yourself
At Home.

Arrival was built for the moments when life feels loud, heavy, or uncertain. We create space for honesty.

For stillness. For forward movement that doesn’t rush the process.

Listening first.

Responding with intention.

Making support reachable.

We believe isolation is rarely the answer, but solitude, when supported, can become strength.

This Isn’t Treatment.

Mental health isn’t something to fix.
It’s something to understand.

Awareness comes first.
Access follows.
Support stays.

Care is funded through healing grants.
Partnerships extend it beyond a single place.

Because what’s needed isn’t a quick answer.
It’s something that holds.

Focus- 001

See It Clearly

//001

We surface the reality of mental health through stories, perspective, and shared experience. Not to fix it. To recognize it.

Focus- 001

See It Clearly

//001

Every story is different. We begin by understanding the full human picture, not just the crisis.

Focus- 002

Fund the Way Forward

//002

Through healing grants, we help bridge the gap between needing support and actually receiving itquietly removing barriers that stop people from starting.

Connected Care

//003

We partner with care centers across the U.S. to create a network that holds people before, during, and after treatment, so no one falls through once they begin.

Healing doesnt happen all at once.

It moves the way film does, one honest image at a time.

Dirk brings more than two decades of experience in behavioral health, care management, and crisis intervention. His work has focused on supporting individuals and families through moments of instability, and helping organizations build systems of care that are compassionate, effective, and sustainable.

In early recovery from high-functioning addiction, Dirk built on his USC degree and returned to Loyola Marymount University to study addictionology, and commit himself to understanding the emotional, psychological, and relational factors that shape long-term healing.

Dirk has led hundreds of crisis interventions across the U.S. and internationally, and has founded and guided multiple nationally recognized intervention and treatment organizations. He has served in leadership roles across residential care, trauma-focused recovery, and long-term support programs for both individuals and families.

Earlier in his career, Dirk also served as an integrated life coach for Pete Carroll’s leadership teams at USC and with the Seattle Seahawks. That experience deepened his understanding of trust, resilience, and what it takes to build healthy, high-performing teams under pressure.
